January 2023 - Self-Care

With exams approaching  it is a good time to remember the importance of self care and having a positive mindset. It is normal to feel anxious and stressed during exam time. One way you can help relieve this stress is by having a self care routine. Self care routines can include getting enough sleep,  the average required sleep is 7-9 hours for optimal health, staying hydrated,  eating balanced meals, exercising, taking periodic breaks during studying time, limiting caffeine intake , talking to someone if you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed and having a positive mindset.
